SWS Trans — Carrier Operations Platform

Challenge

Dispatcher workflows in fleet-based logistics rely heavily on manual coordination — phone calls, spreadsheets, and fragmented tools that slow operations, create errors, and make it impossible to track trip status in real time.

Approach

We designed and built a carrier-focused operations platform from the ground up: a complete trip lifecycle system with fleet and driver assignment, status tracking, event logging, and a dispatcher-optimised interface. The architecture is built on Angular, Firebase, and Firestore — designed for real-time updates and offline resilience.

Outcome

A fully operational platform that handles the complete trip management workflow — from creation through active delivery to completion — giving dispatchers a single source of truth for their fleet.

Internal Operations Portal

Challenge

A growing operations team was managing tasks, approvals, and reporting through a combination of email chains, shared spreadsheets, and offline documents. As the team scaled, the lack of a dedicated system was creating delays in decision-making and gaps in accountability.

Approach

We built a custom admin portal with role-based access control, structured task management, approval workflows, and reporting dashboards. The system integrates with their existing data sources and gives each team role a view tailored to their responsibilities.

Outcome

Reduced internal coordination overhead, eliminated approval bottlenecks, and gave management real-time visibility into operational status — replacing a set of disparate tools with a single, purpose-built platform.

B2B Client Portal

Challenge

A service provider needed a way for clients to manage their accounts, access reports, submit requests, and track service delivery — without phone calls or manual reporting cycles.

Approach

We built a multi-tenant portal with per-client data isolation, a custom reporting module, structured request submission, and status tracking. The interface was designed for non-technical business users with an emphasis on clarity over features.

Outcome

Reduced client support load by giving users direct access to what they needed, improved client satisfaction through transparency, and gave the internal team a structured channel for managing client communication.

HealthcareClinical Operations Platform

Patient Management System

Challenge

A healthcare provider was managing patient intake, appointment scheduling, and clinical records through a combination of paper forms and disconnected legacy tools. This created delays in care coordination, duplicated data entry, and limited visibility across departments.

Approach

We designed and built a centralised patient management platform covering registration, structured medical records, appointment scheduling with resource allocation, and role-based access for clinical and administrative staff. Audit logging and data access controls were built in from the start to meet internal compliance requirements.

Outcome

Reduced administrative overhead across intake and scheduling, eliminated paper-based record handling, and gave clinical staff immediate access to complete patient histories — resulting in faster, more coordinated care delivery.

Manufacturing & OperationsEnterprise Resource Planning

Custom ERP Platform

Challenge

A mid-sized manufacturing company was running its core operations — procurement, inventory, production planning, and invoicing — across five unconnected systems. Data had to be transferred manually between them, producing delays, inconsistencies, and a total lack of real-time operational visibility.

Approach

We built a unified ERP covering inventory and stock movement, supplier purchase orders, production order tracking, cost centre management, and integrated invoicing. Each module was designed around the team's actual workflows, with a shared data model that kept every department in sync.

Outcome

Eliminated manual inter-system transfers, gave management a live view of production costs and inventory levels, and reduced the time to close monthly reporting from days to hours.
